Here are some tips for your visit at Spa Sohl


Cell Phones 

Please refrain from the use of any electronics. We recommend that you turn off your cell phones & tablets. The Spa is an oasis of peace and tranquility. For your convenience there is a phone available at the reception desk.


Tranquility

Be mindful of other guest in the spa. While we encourage you to enjoy yourself and have fun, we certainly welcome you to engage in quiet conversation. Please refrain from loud noises & talking as other guests may be in service and need the spiritual time away from the outside world. Our lounge is a place where our guests take the time for much-needed private moments to read, meditate or simply to relax.


Spa Arrival

Your time with us in the spa is sacred. We operate on a schedule, we value your time and will begin service at your appointment time. Please take full advantage of our amenities by coming in 15 minutes before your visit to unwind and prepare your mind, body, and spirit for your treatment. 


Children

We love children and we are kid friendly! However, the Spa environment that we have created for you is a space where Moms and Dads come for much needed R&R. So please, make arrangements in advance to come enjoy the Spa without your little ones. Spa services are offered to children, however a parental guardian must be present for any services provided to children under 16. A parental consent form will be provided to the guardian before the services are started. 


What To Wear

Please come in attire that makes you feel comfortable. We are prepared and fully equipped to satisfy the needs of every guest when they are being serviced with a facial or waxing. Please note that you may want to be partially clothed or totally nude under the massage sheet. It’s all up to you.


Health Problems & Comfort Level

Please notify your Spa Sohl LifeStylist before booking treatments if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure or any other physical ailments or disabilities. This will prepare our staff in advance so we may provide the best possible treatment or therapy for you. When receiving your treatment, the technician will address your needs based on your personal assessment. If there is anything you would like us to address, please inform the technician. Heat treatments are not recommended for pregnant women and guests with heart conditions or high blood pressure. Drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially after Spa services. This helps replenish the body and assists in the removal of toxins.


Shaving

Shaving is not recommended before a Body Treatment or Men’s Facial. If you choose to shave, please shave at least four (4) hours prior to your service. We recommended that you do not shave for a full (24) hours prior to service.


Cancelation Policy

Please notify Spa Sohl 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 50% full payment for services not cancelled in the timeframe required.


Gratuities

In appreciation to our technicians for an outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion. Please know that our technicians live off of your gratuity. Your generosity is encouraged and highly appreciated. If you are unaware of how to show your gratitude, our suggestions is as follows: 

20% = Rockstar: “You did a F_c/!ng awesome job!” 

18% = Hero: “You saved my skin, I really needed that.” 

15% = Professional: “Thank you, job well done!” 

Personal Articles

We’re deeply sorry about this, but we are not held responsible for any lost, forgotten, unattended, or stolen personal articles. Please bring only what you need and keep it close to you. Thank you!

SPA SOHL’S POLICIES + PROCEDURES


Cancellations

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to changing or canceling and we will gladly handle your reservation and waive our cancellation fee. If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s). If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged for the full price of all scheduled service(s).

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule and charge 50% of the appointment. Out of respect and consideration for our other clients, please do your best to be on time.


Gratuity

At Spa Sohl, we value our team and to ensure their benefits, we work diligently to keep our cost affordable for you. For this reason, tips for our LifeStylist’s outstanding services are accepted in cash only. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but the tradeoff for a growing company and its valued team members is significant. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Discounts

Please be advised that all discounted Gift Cards, Gift Certificates and other forms of payment including but not limited to Spa Finder, Spa Addicts, Spa Wish, Spa Week, Way Spa, Trade and Donation cannot be combined with any other Spa Sohl offers, discounts or promotions. Additionally, please note that the forms of payment listed above may not be valid or accepted at Spa Sohl for Spa services or any retail purchases. If you have a specific technician you would like to request for your experience, please contact the location.


Gift Certificate

Spa Sohl Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates should be treated as cash. All sales are final; Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged or refunded for any reason. To provide maximum protection to your credit card account, and to allow time for your order to process, our printable Gift Certificates become active and may be redeemed 24 hours after purchase. Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates contain value that may be used to purchase merchandise and services, however they cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or e-gift certificates.

Please present your Spa Sohl Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates upon departure and your sale will be deducted from your card’s balance. All remaining balances must remain on your card; no cash value; cannot be redeemed for cash. Spa Sohl is not responsible for cards that are lost, stolen, damaged or used without authorization. Spa Sohl Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates are the property of Spa Sohl. Please call 720.335.3361 for assistance with your Spa Sohl Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates. Please note, Spa Sohl Gift Cards and E-Gift Certificates are not valid at any competitor locations.   


Returns

All sales are final including Gift Card sales and cannot be refunded for any reason. Retail returns are only accepted with a valid receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date and all will be given in the form of a store credit only. All chemical products are final sales and cannot be returned for any reason. Thank you!


Concealed Weapons

Concealed weapons are not allowed inside any of our Spa Sohl location. Possession of dangerous or deadly weapons on spa premises is strictly prohibited.
